Saturday 9 am This is a free workout for anyone to come try CrossFit out or come every Saturday at no cost.

Open Gym is a format that allows you to make up workouts or do what you would like or do the Daily Programming. There is always a Trainer onsite to assist in the case it is needed. Times and days are subject to change at anytime for any reason.
